Despite our already high standards towards ourselves, we continue to try to improve for you. We have therefore created the option of an evaluation as part of our quality management system. If you wish, you can submit such an evaluation online; alternatively, we will be happy to give you the relevant evaluation form in paper form if you wish.
Quality and qualification
Traditionally, we are characterized by high standards of quality in our work. We have been using the trademark of the Federal Association of German Undertakers for many decades. It stands for quality controlled by the association and the certification company ZDH Zert. This includes a review of operational requirements and compliance with high quality standards, as well as personal suitability. The specifications are closely aligned with the European standard DIN EN 15017 – funeral services.
In addition, our company has introduced a quality management system in accordance with DIN ISO 9001. This standard is also used in many other industries. As part of the certification of this system, TÜV Rheinland regularly audits us.
