Personal assistance

The loss of a loved member of a family always causes deeply felt sorrow. That is why our professional and caring staff takes pride in providing high quality personal assistance that meets the special needs of your family. We will be glad to offer you this assistance also in English or Italian, if you make an arrangement with us in advance.

Throughout our 150 years of history as a family-run business, we were able to gather sufficient experience in transfers throughout Europe and overseas. International transfers are partly conducted by our own car pool or in cooperation with professional partners (with experience in special forms of transportation, e.g. by airplane). We have all international regulations at hand and we will be ready to help you with all special administrative requirements from embassies, governments or local registries, if possible.

Most of our staff members speak English fluently. Mrs. Susanne Lenzen, née Kluth, will be happy to offer her assistance in English or Italian. The wife of the proprietor of the business and daughter of the senior director has completed her academic studies as interpreter at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and spent many study visits in the USA (e.g. Grand Rapids, Michigan) or Ravenna, Italy.
